I love making homemade salad dressings because they're fresher, more flavorful, and incredibly easy to customize, and this Za'atar-inspired dressing has become one of my favorites- like my sundried tomato dressing.

The best part? You don't even need a blender to make it. Simply combine everything in a small jar or bowl, give it a good shake, and it's ready to use.

  • Add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard for a creamier, more emulsified dressing. I like to add my Chinese hot mustard when I have it at hand.
  • Replace the honey with maple syrup for a vegan version.
  • Stir in chopped fresh parsley or mint for extra freshness. I like adding my Air Fryer dried mint sometimes.
