This easy Za'atar dressing is tangy, herby and incredibly easy to make. Pair it with your grilled meats, salads and so much more.

- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1-3 garlic
- 1 teaspoon Sumac
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add the honey, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, sumac, garlic, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper to a small bowl or glass jar.
Whisk well or shake until everything is thoroughly combined.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
- Fresh lemon juice provides the best flavor.
- Shake well before each use, as the dressing will naturally separate.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Allow refrigerated dressing to come to room temperature before serving if the olive oil has solidified.
