This easy Za'atar dressing is tangy, herby and incredibly easy to make. Pair it with your grilled meats, salads and so much more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1-3 garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the honey, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, sumac, garlic, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper to a small bowl or glass jar.
  • Whisk well or shake until everything is thoroughly combined.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

  • Fresh lemon juice provides the best flavor.
  • Shake well before each use, as the dressing will naturally separate.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Allow refrigerated dressing to come to room temperature before serving if the olive oil has solidified.
