Oven Roasted Grapes
If you ever find yourself with extra grapes, try making these oven roasted grapes as a topping for your meats or to feature on your cheese board.
Just like my oven roasted strawberries, these come together effortlessly and need just a few minutes of hands-on time to make. Enjoy them as a delicious snack or use them to level up your toasts.

I love experimenting new ways of putting fresh fruit to use. I've tried using extra watermelon to make watermelon honey and some blueberries to make my own blueberry infused vinegar.
This time, I had some extra grapes that I wanted to put to use, and I thought of lightly spicing and then roasting them.

Substitutions & Variations
- For a deeper, complex flavor, toss the grapes in a mix of oil, seasonings and some balsamic vinegar. Sometimes, I end up using my blueberry vinegar or strawberry vinegar too.
- Want the roasted grapes to have a slightly sweeter flavor? Add a bit of brown sugar (or regular sugar) into the mix. This will also help you get that nice bit of caramelization on the grapes.
