Ingredients
  

  • 250 g grapes
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions
 

  • Toss the grapes in oil and seasonings. Arrange in a baking dish with thyme.
  • Bake at 425 F for 20-30 minutes or until the grapes start to soften.

Notes

  • If you want the grapes to have that slight char, keep them in the oven for a few extra minutes.
  • If you have some juice leftover in the pan after roasting the grapes, reduce it in a pan over medium-low heat and use it as a drizzle.
  • You can also team up the grapes with some roasted nuts like almonds, pecans and walnuts before serving them on a cheese board.
