In a bowl, combine the garlic cloves with the thyme, cayenne, Sriracha, and chili flakes.
Pour in the honey and give it all a good mix.
Refrigerate and let the garlic absorb all the delicious flavors for at least a day before you serve.
Notes
If you’re starting off with pickled garlic, you can let the garlic marinate in the spicy mixture for just a few hours before serving. If you’re using raw, fresh garlic, I would recommend letting it refrigerate and ‘pickle’ for at least a couple of days, if not longer. Another good idea is to add raw garlic into a jar with some vinegar and let it stay for a few hours, remove it, and then use the garlic for the recipe.
