½ cup mayonnaise ¼ sun dried tomatoes 1-2 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon basil ½ teaspoon salt ½ black pepper
In a food processor or a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend for a few seconds until you get a sort of a paste that’s creamy and uniform in color.
Pour into a small dip bowl and serve, or store for later.
