- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- ½ tablespoon black pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- Make sure you use fresh, good quality dried herbs and spices here. It really makes all the difference in how the flavors turn out at the end.
- Want the seasoning to have that pop of green color? Throw in some dried chives- I used them for my vegan ranch seasoning mix too.
- Use this seasoning as a quick fix every time a recipe calls for fresh Italian herbs and you don't have them at hand. I love using it for my cherry tomato confit, Parmesan croutons, olive oil pizza sauce and tomato tartare.
