- 2 tablespoon capers
- 3-4 garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 100 g salted butter
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon chives
- 1 lemon
Sauté the garlic for about 2 minutes. Add the chopped chives and lemon zest to the saucepan.
Stir them into the garlic mixture, allowing the flavors to meld together for about a minute.
Now, it's time to add the fresh lemon juice and drained capers.
