Finely chop some fresh garlic, jalapenos and cilantro.
Add them to a bowl along with the mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper and add some lime juice and zest.
Mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite foods.
Notes
If you don't like the chunky bits of jalapenos and garlic, you can just assemble everything in a mason jar with a wide mouth, and blend it together with an immersion blender until you get a smooth, bright green mayo.
To create a more rich and creamy dip, you can use a combination of equal amounts of mayonnaise and sour cream instead of just using mayonnaise.
If you have a few extra minutes and want to lend the mayo a slightly smoky flavor, you can first roast your jalapenos until they are slightly charred, remove the black bits as much as you can and then use them for the recipe.
You can also try using a mix of different kinds of peppers like Poblano peppers, Habaneros and Serrano's to create different flavored mayonnaise.
