Ingredients

  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • 2 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  • Combine all spices into a large bowl and mix well.
  • Use immediately and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • If your chicken bouillon feels a bit cakey, you can pulse it in a food processor or blender jar along with the other seasonings to make a uniform spice mix.
  • For a bit of umami kick, add half a teaspoon of dried mushroom powder into the mix.
  • Make sure you store the seasoning in a clean, dry glass jar and keep it away from moisture.
