Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 apricots
  • 1-2 jalapenos
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 red onion
  • 2-3 garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced apricots, chopped jalapeño, minced garlic, red onion and sugar.
  • Chop the cilantro and add it to the salsa. Squeeze some lime juice too.
  • Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • Gently mix all the ingredients until they are well combined
