- 4-5 apricots
- 1-2 jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 red onion
- 2-3 garlic
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, combine the diced apricots, chopped jalapeño, minced garlic, red onion and sugar.
Chop the cilantro and add it to the salsa. Squeeze some lime juice too.
Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Gently mix all the ingredients until they are well combined
