Start by preheating your Air Fryer and greasing your Air Fryer basket with some cooking spray.
In a pot over medium heat, boil the noodles in salted water until they're al dente.
Take them off heat and strain the excess water.
Transfer the cooked noodles to a wide plate and sprinkle some cornflour over them. Toss to coat nicely. Transfer to a greased Air Fryer basket and spray some cooking spray.
Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Make sure you check the Air Fryer basket at the 6 minute mark to see if the noodles have turned slightly golden brown. If they have, flip them over and if they haven't, given them a couple of extra minutes to brown up.
Make sure you salt the boiling water for the noodles generously.
If you can, let the noodles sit for around 20-30 minutes to remove all excess moisture from their surface. Doing this helps crisp them up beautifully.
Remember not to overcrowd the Air Fryer basket with a large portion of the noodles. Leave a little room for the hot air to flow throughout the basket nicely.
