200 g extra firm tofu 1 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the tofu into thin strips or chip-sized pieces.
For extra crispy chips, slice the tofu as thinly and evenly as possible.
Use paper towels to blot away any excess moisture from the tofu.
Arrange the tofu pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the tofu with cooking spray.
Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning evenly over the tofu.
Flip the tofu pieces and season the other side as well.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
Allow the chips to cool slightly before serving.
Extra firm tofu works best for achieving a crispy texture.
Baking times may vary depending on the thickness of your slices.
These chips are best enjoyed fresh.
Experiment with different seasoning blends to create new flavors.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and re-crisp in the oven if needed.
