Ingredients
  

  • 200 g extra firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the tofu into thin strips or chip-sized pieces.
  • For extra crispy chips, slice the tofu as thinly and evenly as possible.
  • Use paper towels to blot away any excess moisture from the tofu.
  • Arrange the tofu pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray the tofu with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning evenly over the tofu.
  • Flip the tofu pieces and season the other side as well.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow the chips to cool slightly before serving.

  • Extra firm tofu works best for achieving a crispy texture.
  • Baking times may vary depending on the thickness of your slices.
  • These chips are best enjoyed fresh.
