Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese 1 block
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  • Add the room-temperature cream cheese, pumpkin purée, and brown sugar to a jar or mixing bowl.
  • Whip until smooth and well combined.
  • Add a splash of vanilla and whip again.
  • Add the powdered sugar and pumpkin spice.
  • Whip again until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Chill before serving if you prefer a thicker, cheesecake-like texture.
  • Serve with your favorite fruit, cookies, crackers, or pretzels.

Notes

  • Use plain pumpkin purée rather than pumpkin pie filling.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing.
  • The dip can be served immediately, but chilling gives it a firmer texture.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
  • Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, gingersnaps, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or fall cookies.
