Ingredients

  • 4 cups dill

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry fresh dill to remove all excess moisture.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 1-2 hours at the lowest temperature, moving it around a bit once or twice.

Notes

  • Pat the dill dry thoroughly before baking, and make sure you spread the dill in a single layer for even drying.
  • Turn the dill a couple of times during baking to ensure all sides dry evenly.
  • Keep the oven temperature as low as possible to preserve the herb's flavor.
  • You can also use your Air Fryer if you want to. Just set it on the lowest temperature possible- that's exactly what I did when I made Air Fryer ginger powder too.
  • Let the dill cool completely before sealing it in a container to prevent condensation.
