8 ounces cream cheese softened 2 tablespoons butter softened 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 cloves garlic minced 1 teaspoon fresh thyme 1 teaspoon dried oregano 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped 1 tablespoon lemon juice
