Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarse sea salt
  • 3-5 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup parsley

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and blitz together for a minute or two.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the salt mixture to cool down completely before you transfer it back to a clean food processor jar and blend it.
  • Transfer to an airtight container or a glass jar and use a clean, dry spoon to use it.

Notes

Based on your personal preference, you can also adjust the texture of your garlic salt. If you like it coarse, blitz it in the food processor for just a bit. If you prefer a finer texture, process it a bit more.
Remember to shake things around a bit midway through the cooking process. This will help keep the salt from burning.
Since this infused salt is shelf-stable, you don’t need to refrigerate it. Just move it to your pantry and it should stay fresh for months.
Remember that it is completely natural for the salt to lose its flavor over time. Just make sure you choose an air-tight or a glass jar that has a tight lid to keep the beautiful flavors sealed in for long.
