Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 2-3 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.
  • Process until you get a smooth, creamy and uniform mixture.

Notes

  • To lend the avocado spread a spicy kick, add a jalapeno into the mix. You can also use jalapeno salt to season the spread.
  • Don't have fresh lemon juice? Lime juice can work equally well- just remember to use a little, as its flavor can be a bit more intense than lemon juice.
  • If you want the spread to have an extra citrusy flavor, add some freshly grated lemon zest into it.
