Lightly brush olive oil over the veggies and arrange them in a single layer in your Air Fryer basket.
Air fry for about 10 minutes or until the veggies have softened and look slightly charred.
Remove the charred skin and transfer the veggies to a food processor. Add the cilantro, lime juice and seasonings.
Blend until you get a chunky salsa. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
Notes
To quicken up the air frying time, you can dice the tomatoes and onion before you add them in.
If your tomatoes are too juicy, you can core them before you use them for the recipe.
Don't be too particular about removing all the charred parts off the tomatoes. It's okay if a few of them are leftover- they'll actually add a nice smoky flavor and taste to the salsa.
To make things quicker, I just blended everything in my food processor. If you prefer more control over the texture, just use a sharp knife- like I did when I made my Turkish salsa.
To ensure the tomatoes are evenly cooked and charred, flip them over midway during the cooking time.
