Ingredients

  • 5 cups parsley

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry parsley.
  • Transfer to Air Fryer basket in a single layer, spaced out evenly.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times.
  • Remove and cool before gently crumbling with your fingers.

Notes

  • Place a rack over the parsley before air frying. This will help keep the parsley leaves from flying around in the Air Fryer.
  • Avoid overcrowding the basket with too much of the parsley. It will only take longer to dry out completely.
  • Keep an eye on the basket at the 10 minute mark to see if the parsley looks dry. Remember that it will dry out further as it cools down.
  • You want to dehydrate the herb- not cook it. Make sure you use the lowest temperature setting you can.
